ShoeBuy rocks. When you want great shoes, great prices, pretty quick shipping, look no further than ShoeBuy! The site is easy to use, they have great sales and coupons, everything has always come as expected. They don't have as many shoes as Zappos and I've never had to return anything so can't comment on the return policies but ShoeBuy is my number one choice for buying shoes online!

Love love love this store! I have a 17-month old son and another due in June. Shoe shopping has never been easier and everyone I've ever dealt with has been so wonderful and nice. I will continue to buy shoes for my children here. My son has an extra wide foot so the shoe selection is awesome and exchanging if the fit isn't quite right is never a problem. I was not notified that my order had been recieved and was being processed. I had to call by phone several days after placing my order to find out if the order had in fact been recieved and was in process. An E-mail confirming my order would have been nice.

I placed an order for some running shoes and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the price was actually lower once they were in my "shopping cart."

I received a prompt e-mail acknowledging the order saying it would be shipped in between 1-5 business days.

However, on the 7th business day I called to find out why I hadn't received a shipping notice and was told they would ship out the next day. On the 8th business day (10 days since I placed the order) I got a notice saying the product was out of stock and offering me a 25% discount on a future purchase.

I would never order anything from them again.

I received the shoes, but they weren't what I htought they would be. It was somewhat hard to tell from the picture on the internet, but no fault of anyoone. I will be sending the shoes back for a full refund, including shipping charges, so if I know exactly what I want, I will use them again.

the prices were good and I paid no shipping. I really liked the fact that the shipping was free if I had to return the item also. When buying shoes online it is always hard to tell if they will fit properly or if they will look like you expected. After making my first purchase at Shoebuy, I entered my email thinking I would receive a $10 coupon off my next Shoebuy purchase. I got DUPED into paying for a service from the website, Great Fun Site. The owner of the company is Trilegiant, a company who tricks consumers and bills their credit card. Do an online search and you'll know what I mean.

The site stated they will bill the credit card I used at Shoebuy.

I immediately canceled my order and will cancel my credit card in a few days. I emailed Shoebuy why would they sell or share my credit card number. Isn't that illegal?

Browsed their site; put three items in the "shopping cart," hoping to purchase one of them. Chose '10-percent discount for preregistering' option and gave them my credit card data.

I never completed the transaction but they billed my charge card for three separate transactions for all three pair of shoes which I didn't order. Couldn't find any record of my "order" on their site. Charge card company recommended cancelling my card, which I did.

Disreputable Internet operation which, when I talked to them by telephone, claimed they are not a shoe store and do not have any inventory. They claimed they are a charge-card service bureau for manufacturers. They shipped me shoes which they refused to take back, even with a return authorization.

Endless effort getting my charge card straightened out and my money back is still ongoing.
