I got the shoes very quickly, but I got 2 pairs of the same colour, not a pair of each. I emailed about this and got no response. I am about to email again and tell them to forget trying to fix it, as I do not want to pay more postage. I think there is a problem with the website that takes the orders.

They are claiming I didn't return all the shoes, which I did.  THey are holding over $250 of my money.  NOTE: they only give out ONE return label, so you have to go find a bigger box and put everything in it to use the one label.
They are rude and uncaring

Whilst it took a couple of extra days to ship which was easily accounted for by the time of the year xmas/new year, once we were advised it had been shipped it having travelled from the USA to Perth Western Australia, it was hand delivered to our door 4 days later.

Shoebuy.com SUCKS. Just try to return an item. It's nearly impossible. They refuse to send me a return shipping label for the product even after 6 requests. Horrible customer service. Go to Foot Smart instead.
