I will NOT order from Shoebuy.com ever again. They took 2 weeks to ship my order out to me. I had to inquire twice as to whether or not they were even going to ship the order at all. They finally shipped it out OVER a week later. Customer service was not helpful, I don't believe that they ever really looked my account up - just gave me their standard answer to when will my order ship? I love the shoes though and the price was decent with two coupon codes and no shipping charges.

only problem was that the product didn't fit. W in this particular product is a little less than other products with a W designation. I will also say that these guys have a GREAT return policy and do what they say. that is #1 in my book and I will look at them for future purchases.

My experience with Shoebuy was a nightmare!!! I ordered a pair of toddler shoes, and they sent me adult shoes - twice! The third round they offered me a 50% discount and then didn't honor their promise - in fact, they sent me NOTHING and were rude and dismissive when I called to see what happened 3 weeks later. All told, I wasted 3 months trying to get the pair of shoes I ordered (never got them), lots of time and ink printing out return labels and re-packaging the wrong shoes to send back (twice!), two trips out of my house to a UPS store for return shipping, and about 3 hours combined on the phone with Customer Service. In the end, they offered me nothing in compensation, told me rudely that I could try again if I felt like it. I could've gone to a shoe store and known what I was buying in one trip. Aaaah! Never, ever again.

I ordered a pair of Finn shoes from Shoebuy.com - they were shipped in what I felt was a reasonable amount of time, 3 weeks from ordering to delivery. The first pair didn't fit. I returned them for a larger size, shoebuy.com provided good communication regarding the return, credited my account for the returned pair, and sent the second pair, which fit.

FREE returns is not true. I ordered two pair of shoes, which shipped separately. I did not like the first pair I received. I went to the web page and printed the return label and returned the shoes without an issue. When the second pair arrived, they looked very cheap, so I wanted to return them as well. I was NOT able to return the shoes for free because "I had already printed a return label for that order." I sent two e-mails to customer service and waited over a week for a response. When I called the customer service number, I was on hold for 10 minutes. I explained the situation and was told that I had to pay to ship the second pair back. I was also told that if I read the web page, I would have known that. I have yet to review the web page for this information, but it must be in small print somewhere. Now I have to pay to return these cheap looking shoes!!!!!

Worst online experience I have ever had. I ordered a backpack for my daughter for school.. Printed the order confirmation page. All the information was correct. 9 days went by with out a word then I recieved a shipping confirmation with a completely different town and zip than I have on my order confirmation. They sent my package to some unknown place in Mississippi and it was supposed to be sent to Massachuesetts. I never recieved the item I paid 50.00 for and customer service says they cannot refund my money until they find the package they shipped to Mississippi. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS LIKE I DID THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

DO NOT order shoes from this company. They take FOREVER to ship although they do it for free. If you must order shoes online I would highly recommend ZAPPOS.COM. I would have ordered from them but they did not offer the extra wide shoes that I needed.

International Customer in Ireland suffering from MS. Ordered Ecco receptor shoes as they have a laceless system. After 1 wear threads starting falling apart from shoe tongue and laceless system fell apart. E mailed Shoebuy without success attaching photo's. Ended up calling them. Told by "Customer Service" rep that I would have to return them at my expense for a "defect review". This would cast ME over $60 even though the shoes are defective. A load of BS. Never shop with this company.

I ordered my shoes and I assume there was really no problems with the order, but they took 6 days to reach me and I think that it an INCREDIBLY long time for a pair of shoes. Zappos would have gotten them to me the next day or within 1 day. 6 days in my opinion is ridiculously long.

I ordered three pairs of shoes from Shoebuy and then read these reviews. I was beginning to regret placing my order. However, my experience with them was excellent. I received the shoes timely (one in 7 calendar days, and the other two in 8 days). The order was accurate, their prices were great, the shoes were in stock, no tax, and no shipping. My overall satisfaction is very high. I'm so happy!

I had a terrible experience with shoebuy. I ordered my son a pair of shoes and never received them you would think that shoebuy would offer to send another pair out right away but they didn't they wanted to wait until UPS investigated where the shoes were. They offered to give me a credit but I had to call and email over 6 times. I will not shop here again the little bit of money you save isn't worth the time you spend trying to get a credit. You should only have to call once to get a credit I think they were hoping I would forget.

Beware of shoebuys return goods policy. You make sure you are ordering your exact size. I overestimated my width. I wore the shores once outdoors for about 15 mintues. They refused to to exchange for the correct width. I did the same with Zappos and no problem. Will never shop shoebuy again. Inform your friends.

Found great deal on Ecco tennis shoes and order and delivery were fine but forget if if you want to return Like many others my shoes were returned to me with a note that they were dirty and worn. I wore them apx 20 minutes indoors and like others was told that a supervisor would review and like others the supervisor gave the routine spill. My email was forwarded to a director who never responded to me. I will never buy from them again |
