Shoes very well represented on the website. Needed to exchange the pair I bought for a different size, and customer service told me PayPal purchases at ShoeBuy.com do not allow for exchanges, so I ended up purchasing a second pair over the phone, & planned to return the first. Customer service over the phone seemed a little strange, no mention of company name... I felt a little strange giving her my credit card over the phone. Shoes showed a few signs of wear from being tried on, but both pairs were packaged well and arrived on time. Have not yet sent back first pair; provided their return/refund goes without a hitch, I would definitely consider purchasing here again.

I'm based in the UK and bought some skechers shoes when visiting Florida. I wanted to buy another pair after the first pair had worn out. They are unavailable in the UK and after signing up to Skechers website I found they wouldnt ship to the UK. I asked if I could purchase them with a card and have them delivered to a friend in Florida who would forward them on. They again refused claiming they cannot accept payments from outside the USA. Shoebuy came to the rescue as they were the only site I could find on the net who had stock and who would happily ship to the UK. Many thanks to Shoebuy.com

Shoebuy.com is not customer-friendly. I had previously bought several pairs of shoes from them with no problem...until UPS lost my last order. I immediately filed a loss claim with UPS and notified Shoebuy.com. UPS pretty much denied any liability, and Shoebuy said that they would initiate a tracer on the package. After waiting two weeks, I notified Shoebuy for the status of the claim. They put me off and said they would contact me as soon as the trace had been completed. I contacted them again a week later. No response - nada, zilch, nothing. They simply ignored me thereafter. I disputed the charge with my credit card company who gave me a credit for the purchase. Bottom line: Order from Shoebuy at your own risk and hope that nothing goes wrong with your order!

It was great to find a narrow fitting in an infant size for my daughter. She needs to wear a school shoe as part of her Kinder uniform and her narrow foot had made it impossible to find a 'good fit' here in a Australia. It was easy and I love the free return shipping although the package came quicker than the return label...I still haven't recieved it yet. While shoebuy carries great quality products at great prices, the savings are not worth it when one ends up unwittingly getting roped into a membership with "Great Fun" at a cost of $11.99/month. If you are not exceptionally careful on checkout, you will find yourself a member of "Great Fun" discount services and your next months charge card will having a recurring charge of $11.99 on it. Shoebuy.com purchasers beware! I won't purchase from shoebuy.com having been burned by this hidden tactic twice.
