This is a horrible online store. They care nothing about there customers. They only care about making money. I ordered two pairs of a shoe I have worn for years in a size 7.5 W. The shoes they sent me may have been marked Wide, but they were not. I wore them one day for about two hours. After I crawled home because these shoe hurt so badly, I called customer service. First, they would only send me one return shipping label, even though the shoes came shipped separately. I had to find a box to fit both shoeboxes. Then, after about a week I am only refunded for the pair I had never worn. Some miscellaneous person in the recieving department looked and the defective shoes and decided they didn't look defective to them. Whatever, this company is all about keeping your money. They don't care that they are shipping out defective merchandise. STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! Use Zappos, they are always helpful with returns and they are faster at getting your merchandise to you.

Australian buyers beware. Really expensive shipping costs, and poor customer service.
I bought 8 pairs of crocs and spent hours making sure I ordered the right sizes. However a confusing aspect of their website meant I got several pairs in womens size instead of mens, IE way too small. This is due to the information about width of shoes which reads the same as the size in most cases (and differs from Australian shoe sizes). They did refund one pair they sent incorrectly, but will not respond to my requests to sort out the other issues. So am stuck with 4 pairs that are useless! And shipping costs was AUD143. |

I imediately emailed the company and got them to organise a refund and to cancel the order. I think it's safe to say that Shoebuy.com have the worst attitude to customer service that I have ever experienced.
I do most of my non-grocery shopping on line so I think I'm able to judge how well a company responds to customer service issues. I also run the web site for a multi-million pound business and appreciate how important it is is to reply in a timely fashion and respond pro-actively to customer service issues. Shoebuy.com, on the other hand, do not have a clue. Despite numerous emails they have not provided a satisfactory response to my repeated requests to find an order that was despatched weeks ago. I would not recommend purchasing from Shoebuy.com or their UK outlet, Shoebuy.co.uk. They have a dismal attitude to customer service and deserve a poor reputation online as a result. It is only by fairly and accurately reporting issues on review sites such as this one that people are able to make an informed decision about who to purchase from online. I wish I had dug a little deeper before putting my hand in my pocket. |

Made an order in this store Women's Brumby Australia Shearling Sheepskin Flat Sole Boots. Immediately came a letter that I would have called them. I did not call. Nine days later the order was canceled. If a person is dumb he can not make an order in this store, this person is not served. I offered to send the necessary documents to email but they canceled the order. They were so easy.
