I will never buy from shoebuy.com again. They sent an e-mail saying they shipped the boots a day after I ordered them. However, my package didn't arrive even after 2 weeks (the boots were coming from california and I live in vegas). So I e-mailed customer service, and they said they'll contact the shipping department and send me an e-mail back. They never sent the e-mail so I called them and the customer service rep said it shouldn't take that long for me to receive them and said she'll contact the warehouse again and forward an e-mail to me whenever she hears from them. Nobody ever e-mailed me so I called customer service again, but they put me on hold for almost 4 minutes and then hung up on me. I called right back and the customer service rep was so rude. She was talking to me as if it was my fault that I contacted them 2 weeks after it was shipped. Nobody knew what was going on with my package and nobody was prompt to let me know. They never sent me an e-mail back. I was starting to think that I got robbed until I checked the UPS tracking system and saw that my package was finally in transit. UPS received the billing information on Sep. 22 but the package was sent on Oct. 6... what the heck! So basically shoebuy slapped on a label on my package and never really sent it. I still don't know what the heck had happened to my package. I'm supposed to get the boots tomorrow, but hopefully shoebuy didn't send me some crushed package. I'm never buying from them again.
