All my purchases outside of food are made online. I purchased a pair of Men's slippers size L - They sent me a Women pair of slippers... I guess we're all human things happen. I was told to send them back (at their expense) and they would send a new pair but I had to front the money and they would get a credit the original pair once they got them back.. Not fair in my opinion, but fine... I send the pair back and order a new pair... Now keep in mind I'm in CT and the slippers are shipping from CA... 5 days transit... 5 days go buy and I get the slippers.... Wrong again... I get the same women pair of slippers.... I call again and now I'm mad... They said they would escalate it to a manager. I wait a couple of days. No call back... I call again I am being told that they had not had time to review my complaint and that if I wanted the correct pair, I would have to re-order a pair and send the second wrong pair back but I had to front the money again... I requested that they expedite the order at their expense. They just laughed at me. I canceled the order and got the slippers from amazon. Stay away from shoebuy.com!!! Obviously dumb people in the warehouse and NO customer service what so ever!!
