Rude and dishonest

I purchase Merrell and Birkenstock shoes and found the best prices on Shoebuy.com, I have ordered 10 pairs of various styles and colors of merrells and 6 pair of birkenstock each time getting the discounts, however lately it has been a real problem getting my refunds processed after returning a few that didn't fit and reordered the next size, Shoebuy.com is fine placing the order and charging your credit card, but trying to get the refund for the returned shoes in never worn condition is a real hassle, everytime I call customer service to inquire where my refund is, I get a rude customer service representative after being put on hold for at least 30 minutes and then wrong facts regarding to process of the refund to get me off the phone, most recently I am still waiting on a refund for merchandise they received almost a month ago, they refuse to answer emails and have blocked my phone number so I cannot contact them regarding the shoes that they received via ups tracking number and refuse to refund my money, I will dispute this with my credit card company, since I have the tracking number proving they have the shoes and also file a complaint with the attorney general, they have turned into rude theives.
I will spend a little more money and get pleasant customer service and refunds processed in a timely matter without all the hassles.
