Ordered shoes as a gift for our college daughter on November 23, 2007. They were in stock with an expected ship time of 1-5 days. We first called about this order on Dec 5, 2007 as the shoes had not been shipped and we were told they didn't know why the order had not been filled. Called again on Dec 7, 2007 to change the ship to address as the recipient of this gift was not going to be at the first address. We were told that it takes 24 hours to get a change of address through so if we got an email confirming that the shoes had been shipped to call back and get the address changed in-route. On Monday December 12, 17 days after ordering the shoes, they still had not been shipped. Talked to supervisor at customer service who was going to find out why shoes had not been shipped and call back. Never did. Called them back two hours after the supervisor was supposed to call and guess what? She wasn't there. Cancelled order. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an online store. I will NEVER use this website again and I suggest you don't either
