ShoeMall carries a large selection of narrow shoes for women, which are hard to find in a regular shoe store. I can always find something to fit my foot. If it turns out that the shoes are too wide, they're easy to return and get a refund.

DON'T DO IT!!!  Costumer service is awful!!!  I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the order they told me it was already shipped.  I called at 7:30 am ordered it 10 pm the night before.  RIGHT!!!  The worst part is the woman told me too bad and hung up on me!

Sadly the slippers were an off size. I had recently bought the EXACT same slipper locally and my husband wanted a second pair as they are so comfortable. I saw them for less with free shipping from shoe mall. (same size and width) Since we knew (or so we thought) they would fit I ordered them. When they arrived they were visibly smaller thn his other ones(both in wide and length ) They did not it at all. The slipper was labelled with his correct size. When I called the first time I was told basically sorry but I had to pay return shipping. I called the next day again, it just didn't seem right, they sold shoes that were off sized. I spoke with another person who at least said she would have them look into it and we may not have to pay the return. I am waiting for my credit, that will determine if I ever buy shoes via mail order again. It was a bad taste from my very first shoe buying experience on the Internet .

Ordered slippers, got them in 2-3 days. Too big, Ordered smaller size, got them quickly.sent first pair back. As of today(1/7/12) both pair are still on my credit card. Was told they have not received first pair yet.

I like ShoeMall because I wear a large size woman's shoe and they don't always fit me. With the free shipping and returns, I feel more comfortable ordering because I don't have to worry how much shipping will cost me if it doesn't work for me. They have good selection and good prices too.

I liked the shoes, and they were packaged very nice. However, unlike it's competitors, you have to pay $6.95 to return shoes. Also, I needed to exchange my shoes. But instead of being able to do this per phone so they will ship new ones out right away; you have to wait until they receive your shoes that you need to exchange. How do I know they'll still be in stock by then. Also, the three times I did call Customer Service, they were not professional or sincere. I did not feel like a valued customer. I will not purchase with this company unless, I'm desperate for certain pair of shoes.

The pair of Toe Warmers "Glacier" winter boots I had worn for years had worn out. I tried to find that model on another Website, and could not find it -- so I ordered a later model -- which did not fit, and would not have met my needs; fortunately, they accepted my return and refunded the cose. I kept googling the "Glacier" boots 'til I found them on ShoeMall -- and was fortunate that they had a pair in my size. They arrived within days -- after this holiday weekend -- and were just what I needed. They're not "high-fashion" -- but they will keep my hard-to-fit feet warm and dry for years to come.
