I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, both I thought were a great value. The pair of boots I ordered did not fit the way I had expected them to and the pair of athletic shoes I ordered came in the wrong size. (I ordered a size 8, the box said size 8, but the shoes were a size 7 1/2.) I had to return both pairs and am now waiting for the correct size of athletic shoes.

My shopping experience with ShoeMall has been excellent. I called the 800# to ask a question and received courteous and accurate information. I recently purchased 3 pairs of shoes which arrived timely. In addition, my order was correct and the shoes were in perfect condition. It is great that ShoeMall includes free shipping. However, to make ShoeMall more in line with Zappos, it would be nice if free return postage could also be included.

I found the site very user friendly and the pictures and descriptions of the shoes very good. The entire process of signing in and ordering the shoes is very easy to do and also very quick. Also, the sale price on these shoes was an excellent value. Shipping was quick and except for the recent ice storm the shoes would have been here just as forecasted. Only one day off is excellent in today's world. I highly recommend this site if you love shoes.

Overall I am pleased with my shopping experience at Shoemall. I have one comment regarding the ordering process when I ordered the Judith Ivory Peau do soie shoes the online system indicated it was in stock. I then received a postcard a week later advising me it was not in stock and would be available sometime in February. I don't need the shoes right away so I was not too upset about the delay, but I see that as an area of improvement.

I ordered shoes that were ALL listed as in stock. It was only after Shoemall had my money that I was informed that a a pair of shoes is backordered.(Other online shoe retailers inform the customer before the purchase is completed that the shoe is out of stock, not 6 days after the purchase. Perhaps some changes could be made to your web-site to improve customer satisfaction.) Customer service was ineffective in helping me. I have not received any part of my order, yet. Customer service asked for and I sent a copy of my receipt from Shoemall that lists the shoes to be in stock at the time I placed the order. I have received no reply.

Outstanding service, price & shipping. Boots were exactly what I expected and were very comfortable right out of the box. Wore them for 3 days before heading out to the snow of Colorado. Lots of time in the snow, including a day of tubing... never a drop of water came through the shoe... totally dry. I highly recommend these boots thru ShoeMall.

Because of giving the wrong email address I received no feedback on my order. I got online about a week later to see if there was a problem with the order or if everything was in progress. I had an online chat with a customer service rep. She was courteous in promptly responding to my questions. She found my order and informed me of the status.
