I purchased a pair of sandals late one night the next morning a received an email stating that sandals are on sale for 15% off and I contacted Shoemall to receive my 15% off and I was told I made the purchase a day before the sale. I could have cancelled the order but I didn't want to go through the hassel for $5.99. If they wanted to keep a good customer they would have at least given me a credit added to my account if they didn't want to give me a refund.

LOVE shopping at Shoemall online. Such a wide selection of styles, colors and sizes. Returns were always credited promptly with no hassle at all. I can (and did) spend a fortune there! I couldn't wear regular shoes for so many years (15) so I had NO "pretty" shoes. Now I do!

I happened to see an item on sale that a friend had been looking for. The item was on sale and the merchant offered an additional percentage off. Ordering was fast and easy. The item was received in good condition and in a timely manner. My friend was very happy with it.

I purchase shoes for my mom. She is a size 4 and Shoemall is the only place I can get them. I purchased 2 pair; one was received right away but the other is backordered until 9/13/09. If I would have knowned that I would have purchased a different product.

Shoe Mall had a very good web site and had the shoes I desired in stock and in my size. I was pleased to see they were also on sale. Their shipment was quick. However, after inspecting the shoes I found the zipper on the right shoe to be faulty, catching at the start and difficult to unzip. Also, I was distressed to find that after walking in them for an hour I developed a blister on my left baby toe. I have owned this make and style of shoe in the past and did not have these problems with my previous pair, which is why I chose to buy them again. I wonder if the shoes from shoe mall are "seconds".

Excellent. I find it is difficult to find clothes and shoes that are suitable for my age group, which is female, age plus 80. Stores carry styles geared for the very young and I find that if I go on line I have a better selection.

This was my 2nd time using Shoemall. The only reason that I used them again was because I was unable to purchase the same product elsewhere. The 1st experience was awful the customer service agent was uninformative, in fact, she didn't even know her own company policy on billing and shipping. The web page would not apply the discount and when I called in the agent acted as if she was doing me a favor and getting information from her was like extracting teeth. After making several calls I got an agent who was well versed in the policies and procedures although the product was late in arriving it was in good condition. Of course there was not an opportunity given to complete a survey...mmm interesting but the 2nd time around the ordering , shipping and arrival( one day early) was no problem and ...hey presto an opportunity to complete a survey!! Finally a frustrated but sastisfied customer in Florida
