Ordered Jade Black Pump 7B One shoe was larger than the other. Bottom of larger shoe scuffed in ball of foot area. Called and lady said she would reorder for me and I would get them at same price as before having used a discount code. They came yesterday and now both are too large plus I didn't receive the discount as before. I can't try another size because of return costs plus I needed next week for a Class reunion. Disappointed as I have this same Life Stride pump in a narrow for several years, but the shoe is better quality and leather as compared to man made now. Just too costly to keep returning trying to find a fit.

I first saw these boots in a store but they didn't have my size. Unfortunately, my size is a 7AAA. But sometimes, I can get a 6-1/2 M and add insoles. But they didn't have them. After looking around town, and on-line, I saw them at ShoeMall. I ordered them, (they are happily vegan!), and because I can lace them up, I can narrow them, added the insoles, and they fit fine! Thanks!

I ordered Easy Spirit motion walker in Pewter. Was very dissapointed with the color and grain on the shoe. I have all diferent colors in the shoe and they are all smooth leather.So I had to return the pewter shoes. I wanted to try the black but I was afraid they would be rough grain too.

Excellent customer service. 1 pair was backordered, received email it shipper per original b/o date. Pair received, too small, shipped back, pending exchange for larger size which ships Monday. I experienced very disappointing customer service with shoemall. I ordered shoes for my daughter back to school a month ago. Sent back the shoes for size exchange as they did not fit. After 10 business days, I contacted shoemall to check on status. Was told that they received the notification of the return but not the shoes. I checked the desired size was available on their website and cautiously tried to secure the item with the representative unsuccessfully. After a couple of more days I contacted shoemall again, only to be told that the shoes were discontinued (not out of stock, but discontinued). I was never contacted proactively to give me a status.
I ordered the same pair of skechers from amazon (received them after two days) and they were cheaper. Amazingly, Amazon won't charge me expensive return shipping fees if I decide to return the shoes.
Same would go with endless shoes or zappos. I never had any issue with any of these providers in the past.
I took a chance with shoemall. Sorry guys, but you lost my business for good.

I have notice that the more expensive shoes are excluded form the discounts. I had to wait to see if the sandals I brought were ever going to on the discount percent list. And they never where. I think give the consumers a break. I will wait to buy more shoes.

This was the first time I used ShoeMall. They had every type of shoe imaginable. I found a pair and bought them. They came right on time and were packaged beautifully. I immediately tried them on and they fit like a glove. I loved the color of the shoe which is a muted gold. I definately buy there again.So far I think this is the best shoe site I am found.
