Bought for granddaughters for Christmas, I was pleased with them I hope they will be also.

Size was as represented. Shoes were well packed with extra wrapping around the shoes' decorative buckle. Shoe appearance is brown patent leather. Unfortunately they appear to have slight rub marks on the toe area, but that could be from the packaging/shipping. Pricing was excellent for the brand since I bought them on sale. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Nice selection of shoes in my hard-to-find size, although inventory went quickly. For example, I waited a day to place my order and some of the styles I liked were out of stock the next day. The "free shipping" option was also terrible. They used my wrong address in the email they sent confirming my order, even though I entered it correctly when placing my order. I called twice in the same day to confirm the shipping address. The first time I was told it was too late to correct it and the second time I called (hours later), the rep told me it was fixed and the shoes would be delivered to my correct address. My shoes never arrived on the day I was told they were delivered. So, I placed my 3rd call and the rep told me they would snail mail me a form that I needed to sign in order to have the package traced. Almost 2 weeks later, my shoes showed up, the box opened but everthing in tact. I still have yet to get the form, which I now, no longer need. The "free shipping" option is fine when it works, but leaves customers with very little recourse when it doesn't.

The pair of shoes I ordered is on back-order so do not know how or when I will receive them. It wasn't until check out that I discovered the back-order status. The website had no indication. It was only after I had spent time making my choice did I learn there was problem.

Unfortunately the item was to big so I need to return the item. However, when told that the return shipping was $6.99 for a $9.99 item, I donated the item to charity instead. I prefer to ouse Zappos since they have free return shipping but they did not have this item.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pair of clogs. At the time of the order it was indicated they were in stock. The order was acknowledged and I got a message that the order would ship when they became available. Haven't heard a word since.

Received sandals more quickly than posted terms and were packaged very well. Sandals were illustrated as a unique blue suede and they were exactly as shown/described on the website. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I checked on the status of my order today only to find that it was canceled.

No notification of this was sent to me and no attempts to contact me were made in spite of the fact that shoemall.com had both my email and phone number. And the "Post Card" they supposedly sent out to inform me of the cancellation never arrived.

When I called to inquire about this the first gentleman who answered the phone stated that the item was out of stock and that is why my order was canceled. When I asked why I was not notified he hung up on me.

I called back and was told by a female CSR that the order was canceled because the credit card information did not match. I checked the original email and it did in fact match. She was rude and proceeded to blame me for their mistake. Rather than offer an apology she was terse and confrontational.

Shop somewhere else. Anywyhere else because Shoemall.com is a joke.

Shipping took longer than most shoe stores on line. All other shoes I purchase on line have free shipping and free returns. I will not shop this site any longer

I purchased two pairs of shoes on line on the evening of Aug. 4. The very next morning I received an email from ShoeMall indicating a 20% discount promo. I called customer service and was told that yes, they would give me the discount on my order. Then my credit card was charged the full amount. I called customer service again and they told me, no, I would not receive the discount even though I was already told yes. I emailed a complaint and never received a response, and I know that the email was read by ShoeMall. Any reputable company would grant the discount on this type of situation, it's just good business. I will never again purchase anything from Shoe Mall and have told all of my family and friends to do the same. No one from Shoe Mall has had the decency to respond to me. Michele Kovolesky

You have quality merchandise, and you have very similar prices to other online shoe stores (ShoeBuy and Zappo's), so I usually check your site as well as theirs when I am liiking for new shoes in a wide width - all of you have free shipping options, but I have noticed that yours take the longest to arrive. For example, I have not received my shoes yet, and you already sent me a survey to ask about the service! ??

First shoes I ordered were made smaller than normal size 10 & it was not noted when I ordered them to size up. I reordered but ordered too large. After contacting was given credit for return shippings & customer service helped me order the right size while I was on the phone with them. Very helpful.

Not as flawless a process as some places, but they were very quick to respond to inquiries. I really appreciate that. When there were minor glitches, there was a real person who helped deal with them. To me great customer service is important.

My experience with your company was so good that I ordered two more pairs for each of my sons. I wanted to order another pair in size 10 but you didn't have them. Oh well, I'll try again next summer.
