As my only shoe purchases are done on line I have returned shoes (FREE) on rare occasions if necessary. I am appalled that I will have to pay $6.95 to return my purchase as shoe does not fit properly.I was told by customer service that it was my responsibiity to know this.I DO KNOW IT NOW AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT AGAIN!!!!!!!  I would not shop here again	Author's Rating:

It was very easy to complete my purchase but it was rather difficult to find what I was looking for. I'd put in the criteria and the site would only bring up one of the matched parameters at a time. For example, I was looking for women's navy flat shoes in 6 1/2 Wide. I'd enter all the appropriate information in the search area, but it would only give me navy women's shoes, or all 6 1/2 W or all flats. Not all that met the criteria. This was my first purchase from ShoeMall.com. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I agree that they are a great merchant! They have a huge selection of shoes and carry hard-to-find sizes (in stock!). I usually wear a size 11 and they have a fabulous selection of all shoe styles. No matter what you're looking for, they probably have it. The shoes I bought were on sale (VERY good price!) and were shipped quickly. The shoes fit well and are exactly as pictured/described. ShoeMall has a good selection of shoes at good prices. It seems to take a long time for the shoes to arrive, although the shipping is free (which is great!) Unfortunately the return shipping is not free - $6.95 to return shoes. Many other shoe web sites offer free shipping to and from. When you have a hard-to-fit foot, the return free shipping is really a bonus. In fact, I will often shop other sites instead of ShoeMall and pay a bit more because the shoes ship faster and returns are free.  I would shop here again	Author's Rating:

ShoeMall has been great. My only complaint is with USPS They have shipped my order from Sacramento Ca. To Kent Wa. a distance of about 700 miles, through the town I live in and about 350 miles beyond. As of the morning of 7/8 the shoes have not arrived!  I would shop here again	Author's Rating:

We are very happy with shoe mall except we did not expect the shoe to be made in another country. I am not sure we will order from them again if they contiue to sell non-American products. I was in the understanding that Shoe Mall was part of B A Mason, a USA company. I have been proud to refer people to them because of American made products.
