TERRIBLE customer service. Said ring would be deliverd in 7-14 days - it took 3 weeks. My fiancee didn't like the ring, so i returned it. 2 weeks after it was delivered to them, i still haven't recieved a refund. NO ONE will answer the phone. eventually they will respond to email. don't bother with buying anything from them.

My delivery was on time and initially the product looked great. I spent over $200 on dog tags and engraving for my boyfriend. The chain ended up giving him an allergic reaction and the dog tags were so scratched within a couple months that it was a complete waste of money. I will never order from this site again.

Jewelry is of excellent quality, well packaged and customer service at Shimmer & Stone was one of the best I have dealt with. They are immediate in answering your questions very courteous. I loved my diamond pendant.

Beautiful diamond pendant, my girlfriend loved it. S&S had a large selection and the pendant was packed beautifully. Item arrived in time. Will shop at S&S again for a jewelry gift.
