The bulbs we ordered from eLightBulbs are somewhat rare required by an usual fixture. The Customer Service Representative, Aaron, was diligent, persistent, and courteous in finally locating the required bulbs.

Ordered a $2.95 camera battery, they charged $7.99 shipping. I was assuming it would at least get here quickly. Ordered on febuary 27th, it is march 6th now with a march 9th delivery date expected from fed ex.
Am not that happy. |

Enough already! This was a tiny purchase. The retailer's Web site was excellent and I previously submitted laudatory comments which I'm not inclined to retract now. I'd always assumed these bulbs were "unique" or proprietary. I'd previously purchased replacement bulbs from the Web site of the desk lamp's manufacturer (Tensor) but that source is no longer available and I exploited a Service Lighting Google ad. I only began to think after this Service Lighting purchase that the Chinese-made bulbs may be a generic type which I could have purchased at my local Home Depot, obviating a heavy FedEx shipping charge, but so it was. Now this follow-up survey is a little bit "pesky."

I have used them three times now for 130v bulbs which are impossible to find at Lowe's and Home Depot. Easy to shop. Web site has all the info I need to make the correct purchase on the first try.

When searching for the product I purchased, it wasn't easy to find it by browsing the product categories. However, when I used the sites search function it returned exactly, the product for which I was looking.
The order tracking could only be improved by identifying a specific delivery date. Otherwise, "Nice job!"

I was unable to find the bulb locally. The one shop that did carry it was about 40 miles away with inconvenient store hours for me as a sole proprietor. I found companies that would ship the bulb but I had to buy a case. Service Lighing allowed me to purchase only what I needed & their site was very easy to navigate. I clicked Fluorescent -Single Pin - T8 - 72 inch and my options were displayed.

Light bulbs were send via FedEx with a requirement that I be home in person to sign for the package. I am not home during the day. I had to make repeated calls over several days to FedEx to get the package delivered. I wish Service Lighting had asked me if this type of delivery arrangement would work for me -- or sent it so that I could leave a signed slip and have the package left for me. Many people work during the day and are not home to sign for packages.
