Server Supply Invoice# 1738816 (ASUS/HP refurbished 939 skt motherboard.) The HUGE red flag should of been the **30 day warranty, but these boards are hard to find, so I decided to try this online store. During install I discoverd the two jumpers (for clearing the CMOS & password) were in the wrong position (hp states if powered up like this it can *damage the board.) Also, the cpu seemed to be running way above normal temps right before the motherboard died. This product lasted a whopping approx. 45 days. After further inspection I noticed Windows' system information revealed the BIOS was for a laptop NOT a desktop! I guess that was one way to attempt to fix a corrupt bios ( ASUS/HP does not provide a BIOS for this board since ASUS built it for HP/Compaq. FedEx did deliver in a timely fashion; however it is the only positive comment pertaining to this purchase. I have built over 40 pcs never seen a rigged board like this! Luckily a local pc shop had an used GOOD emachine 939 skt motherboard & threw in an AMD 939 skt 3700+ (1 mb cache) CPU at NO extra cost after I told them of my total loss after dealing with this online store. Can you guess where I will shop from now on?? For grins I sent an e-mail to Server Supply knowing the warranty had expired just to hear the reply: "We can do you no help." Like I responded: "It really is okay was my first and LAST purchase from you." The problem with buying from online stores is no brick n mortar store to return junk like this. Yes, I did know it was a **30 day warranty & "refurbished." Some say insanity is repeating the same thing over and over expecting a different result. No repeat purchase for me. FYI I own a pc service.
UPDATE: Server Supply has issued a FULL refund to me on this purchase. It is a rarity to get  awesome customer service. "Harun" called me at my home & was very polite. My 100% refund was credited to my account within 48 hrs!!  Only two online stores (including Server Supply) out of four defective purchases from four different online stores have made things right. I shop online alot & will consider Server Supply again!
