I would rate this company a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest).

I am very wary of internet deals that are $1,000 or $500 cheaper than a known company, such as HP or CDW. Especially when the company is in Queens or Brooklyn. Here is the simple truth: call the company first and ask if they have it in stock. If they answer their phone that's step one. Second is if they do have it in stock. Third is their tone should give you some idea of how they'll treat you in the future. Then your crapshoot is less of a gamble.

Anyway - I bought an HP Smart Array controller from Server Supply.com - and I called first, they answered promptly - were very nice - and I asked for it to be overnighted. I ordered it on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. PST - and it showed up here on Thursday before Noon. They're in NY,,,I'm in CA,,, How did they do that??? What a deal too, it was almost $900 cheaper than CDW and HP.com. Unbelievable.

Great Price, Great Service, Answered their phone - shipped promptly with great packaging.

I would definitely shop here again, and I will!
