I visited the Sephora store at Woodfield Mall a couple of times looking for my philosophy moisturizer, and they were always out of stock. I went to Sephora.com and found they had even more products than offered in the actual stores. They had great search catagories, and I was able to buy my mom and sister christmas gifts as well- all with free shipping and free samples!

I order from sephora.com on a monthly basis. Their selection is incredible, I always get my package within a few days, and I love the free samples! They regularly send out promotional codes for free gifts and it's a great way to discover new products.

I have never had a bad experience with Sephora. I love this store. They have great prices, and carry a lot of different brands that are popular.

I've been shopping with them for almost two years now and I'm very happy to have found their online store since there isn't one located near me. It gives me access to a lot of beauty products I wouldn't have been able to purchase otherwise.

One of the BEST!!! I trust them completely and I have been totally satisfied with ALL my purchases!!!!! I do not have a Sephora store where I live so it is nice to be able to shop for the things I LOVE and not have to worry about whether or not my shipment will arrive safe and sound. an amazing beauty website! Sephora offers you anything you could ever want in the beauty world, ok, almost anything!! Their customer service is also impeccable. I once ordered something off their site that was lost in the mail and they ordered me another one, with next day shipping for free! They are courteous and kind and weren't irritable with me ever. I have never had anything but a great experience with sephora.com . The only drawback I can think of is you can't touch and try on the makeup like you can in the store, so sometimes the colors and textures can be slightly decieving. Otherwise, a sure bet for beauty products
