i love shopping here. customer service is great and to mention how you can always take stuff back even if you have already used them for a full refund or exchange. and not every store does that but they do love shopping here cause i know if something goes wrong with my order or product i will be taken care of . thank you sephora you guys are the best.

I went to the sephora store on Madison and was looking to buy some items for gifts and while inside I came across lipstick that I assumed was a tester so I used it only to find out it was not when the clerk said you cannot use new lipsticks I apologized and offered to buy it when nothing happened I assumed that was all.

I continued to shop and was going to buy a lipstick some nail polish i also had a new lipstick in hand and put it down momentarily only to have the same clerk come over and ask me where was the lipstick that I had in my hand I was shocked and he repeated that I said I had put it down to try on nail polish he asked me put it where and looked to find it by this time I was furious and asked if there's a problem he said no after all of that I left everything in the store and left embarrassed and uncomfortable i will never shop there again ever where i was a long time client to be treated this way is humiliating and wrong

Sephora stores and Sephora.com have wonderful Selections, hard to find products, fabulous customer service, great 'freebies’ and they are price competitive.
A couple years back I picked up a cosmetic in Italy because no US store was carrying it. But just recently Sephora started to! I've never had a problem and order over a dozen times. Products are returned in store- no questions asked if there is a problem. Associates are not commission based, so they don't push products on you like in the department store. Couldn't be happier!

Join the mailing list! They send codes for free gift with purchase---November & December they have great gift bags filled with products. Great sales but everything goes really fast! Great selection & any problems with your order Customer Service is really nice!

I love sephora (always go look for a coupon code first oftentimes there is a GREAT free gift) they have EVERYTHING you could ever want, and things you diudn't know you wanted until you see them.

I had the same experience with Ulta.com. They don't honor the coupons no matter how many times you enter it - even when it's not expired. Sephora is so much more customer friendly than ulta and there are only very few exclusive items that bare escentuals has on the ulta website.

Generally, I like Sephora. The selection and quality of merchandise is good. I do recommend sticking with the brand name things they carry. I have purchased two Sephora brand items and had very bad experiences both times. I'm always delighted with the brand name items. I purchased Sephora brand lip gloss and it is GROSS. It is sticky and smelly, avoid it at all costs. Also, I purchased a Sephora makeup brush that had black bristles and left black dye all over my face. I had to wash it and soak it a long time to get all the residual dye out of the brush.

On a rainy night I decided to go shopping on-line, since the stores were already closed. I found myself looking through a sephora.com site and was very pleased to see all the collections they had. I order many make up products and guess what? I actually got them on time, the order accuracy was perfect. Overall I was very pleased to find everything I needed in no time and get it under my door in time.

I'm guessing not as many boys write reviews for cosmetic and skin websites. But yes, even the busy boy with sensitive facial skin and a true love of moisturizer has to get the goods somehow. What I will credit the website with is that you can find brand names and products that your local store may not carry or is out of. But I don't care for the set-up. It's easy to read through but loses something without having a picture to see for all the items available. I feel like it could be, since I can't think of a better description, prettier. Especially given what Sephora sells. I could go on about the prices here, but I'm willing to pay more for better products. It's best to find a brand that works for you before dropping hundreds of dollars on several and encountering problems. My shipment came in a timely 8-10 business days as the company said it would. Not much else to add. If you find yourself spending a lot of your freetime among the counters at the store, there's no reason you'd dislike the chance to shop Sephora from the comfort of your computer.

Sephora is my heaven! All of the beauty products you could ever want, all on one website! I am totally addicted to this place. I love the ease of navigation of the website, the variety of products, the free samples, and that you get free shipping on orders over $75. I have also found Sephora to be extremely easy to work with. They are extremely lenient with returns and always friendly and helpful. If you love makeup, haircare, skin products, and beauty products in general, Sephora is the place for you! The only thing I could see as a drawback is that most of their products are pretty pricey. It is great if you love high-end cosmetics, though.

I adore Sephora. Everything experience has been a pleasure. They have the easiest and best return policies as well. They pay, and it doesn't matter if you opened it or not. Wonderful for some makeup mistakes we have all made. Free shipping, free samples, and I have found codes for deluxe samples that are just to die for. Almost full size products you get to try for free. Plus, they have EVERYTHING you can think of that's in the high end beauty world. Like most girly girls, I'm difficult to please and have bad online experiences, but Sephora is consistent and fabulous! Plus it all comes gift wrapped, and you get to choose your shipping method. I hate UPS, and I love that I can get it delivered to my actual mailbox within 3-4 days of ordering. Did I mention how much I love this store?

As a lifestyle and beauty reporter, if someone in one of our focus groups asks for a product, my first stop is usually Sephora.com. I also frequent the store, when I am working on reviews, because packaging, instructions and scent are very important to our readers.

Sephora is also a great way to send gifts, they come so nicely packaged and they really feel like a gift.

The only negative is they are sometimes out of my editor's favorite Make Up Forever Concealer. Since we recommend it so often, we always get e-mail when they are out.

Sephora is a very good site to order beauty products off of because they have the biggest selection of make-up and perfumes. They have almost any brand you could be looking for. They have very good customer service. They have awesome order accuracy and delivery speed.
