I have been very satisfied with my experience with Sephora.com Online Store. I have ordered products twice, and my products arrived on time in both instances. Ordering from Sephora online has been very easy and seamless - I never have to go to the Sephora store again! (Though I love to because of all the samples!)

Sephora also runs quite a few promos with free shipping, which makes the experience even more positive! Users can easily register online for email updates on promos and other new things happening on the website.

Sephora's website also makes finding cosmetics even more convenient than going to the store because you can conduct a much more organized search for products than you can in the store, which sometimes ends up feeling like a clown's playground (I can't help myself when I go into one).

One of the best features of the website is that Sephora features their Best products of the year in many categories, which definitely helps with purchasing decisions in product categories with which the consumer has little buying experience.

I cannot comment on Sephora's customer service levels because I have never had any problems with ordering from Sephora.com.

Sephora also includes a few free samples with every order, which is a nice touch!
