Oh Sephora.com! How do I love thee. Let me count the ways!

1. Amazing selection: Sephora.com has a huge, almost overwhelming selection of makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance. I swear I visit the website at least once a week just to see the new items that come in. I feel like a child in a candy store; I want one of everything!

2. Slick website: The photos of the products are oh-so-enticing (although occasionally a bit deceiving). Sometimes things look bigger in the photo than in real life, and I've occasionally bought items where the color looked nothing like the website. In any case, the website is easy to navigate. You can create an account and store items in your cart. Also, you can search by brand or by category.

3. Customer service: I've e-mailed Sephora.com on a few occasions and always got a friendly response in a timely manner.

4. Return policy: Ordering online can be tough at times considering colors can appear differently on various monitors. Fortunately, Sephora.com allows for returns, even on products that have been tested. I *very* rarely return items. However, I bought a Stila gel eyeliner that looked great in the jar but applied absolutely horribly. Sephora.com took the return with no questions asked. Also, if you're lucky enough to have a brick and mortar Sephora nearby, you can return items there as well.

5. Coupons and codes: Sephora.com almost always has some sort of code floating around the internet for deluxe-sized samples. Also, around November, there is always a friends & family code for 20% off your entire order. I used that code this past November to stock up on Nars blushes!

6. Free shipping on orders over $75: That pretty much says it all. $75 may seem like a lot but it is *very* easy to come up with an order over $75. Sephora.com ships via USPS, UPS or FedEx, and the prices for standard shipping are pretty reasonable...around $6.95. I usually receive my items within 7 days of ordering using standard shipping.

7. 3 free samples with every order: Sephora.com offers you a choice of 3 free samples (usually skincare or fragrance samples) when you checkout. Sure, they're small but it's better than nothing! And every once in awhile they happen to have a sample of something I really want to try.

Overall, Sephora.com is a makeup/skincare-lover's dream. I've been ordering from Sephora.com for many years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sephora.com and their brick and mortar stores.
