This store made the #9000 Sleep Number bed sound like the greatest thing since sliced bread. Believe me--it ISN'T! They got to me for $5,000 of my hard-earned cash because I have a back problem and was desperate. Do not think this bed will do anything beyond worsen any problem you might have. In the first place, the pillowtop is absolute trash. They don't stand behind the guarantee for anything!!! I requested a refund and didn't get it--naturally! Within the first month, the pillowtop sagged and was uncomfortable. It was apparent even when the bed was made up with sheets and bedspread. If the electricity goes out, you'll suddenly wake up down in the hole of something that feels like you're resting into an old hard hammock. That's fun to get out of too. All this bed is is a rubber $10 bladder inside a framework of pine. MAKE THEM SHOW YOU THE INSIDE BEFORE BUYING--you'll be shocked and I'll bet they won't anyway! It is horribly overpriced for what you get! Check out putting a couple of 2" memory foam pads on your old mattress--that's what I've done for less than $200 and I can actually sleep quite comfortably on that. Anyone want to buy a Sleep Number CHEAP???? Aarghhh!
