I ordered the queen size mattress with fancy top, for mounting on my rigid platform. The product arrived in a short time, in a small, sturdy box. I note that the 30 day free trial requires that the product must be returned in the original package, or it will not be accepted. I doubt that many dissatisfied buyers would be able to successfully repackage the mattress in its original box.

I didn't get a queen-size mattress. The box contained a full-size mattress and four foam liner things that increase the size to queen size. The foam is unyielding and uncomfortable to sleep on - not acceptable for a sleeping material, and not expected to last as long as a mattress usually does. I'm not very happy, and I'm stuck with an overpriced, substandard product. I was foolish to buy a product without visually inspecting it first.

As a mattress, the Select Comfort is okay, but certainly not superior to a conventional mattress or a good water bed. The overall sleeping quality is degraded to substandard by the foam liner pieces; they are uncomfortable to sleep on, because they have a different feel. I'll use the mattress until the foam liners decay and crumble, then I'll throw the whole thing out and buy a quality product to replace this ripoff junk.
