I used the Select Comfort Online Store because I didn't want to be haggled by salesmen, and I got exactly what I wished for.

Within a few minutes of navigating to the site, I found the exact bed with all the options I wanted with just a couple of clicks of the mouse. Select Comfort was having a sale and after selecting the King size 5000 Series as the bed I wanted, choosing the pillowtop option, dual air chambers, dual wired digital controls, foundation, and no frame, I received a total for $1999.99. I then looked at the accessories which they were having for 20% off and found the dual heated mattress pad for $120. So all together my total became a little over $2100.

I love to order directly online, but since I was away on a business trip and didn't have access to a computer at night I decided to give them a call. Even though I called 5 minutes before they were suppose to close, I was still greeted by a curtious sales person. I told them exactly what I wanted, and he recommended that I choose the wired remotes instead of wireless (because I couldn't make a decision), and said my bed would be arriving in 10-12 business days and in 6 boxes. He said if I had any problems give him a call back and he would take care of it.

Well, in only 5 business days later the bed arrived in all 6 boxes like the salesman had said. It only took us about 1.5 hours to put the whole thing together, just like he said, and everything worked out great. Now my wife and I are enjoying great sleep every night and the great customer service we have received has made it just that much better.
