We ordered 2" 70x78 faux wood blinds. Delivery was right on time, although we didn't receive a tracking number and yesterday when I checked the website the status was still "in production." Other than that, the order was perfect. I was apprehensive after some of the other reviews on epinions.com, but with our budget it was these blinds or nothing... The blinds were a little dusty, no more than expected from custom cut blinds, but they were not dirty, an important distinction. We had to do a little TLC on the internal pulley apparatus, which had shifted during shipping (I suspect that if we hadn't noticed we would have had issues raising and lowering the blinds). The instructions were more like a rough guide, and we had some odd bits of leftover hardware whose purpose was never uncovered. However, I had no trouble installing them even though I am 6 months pregnant (my husband did the heavy lifting). I imagine anyone who has installed blinds before would have no difficulty with these.
The only customer service experience we had was yesterday after noticing the blinds were marked “in production” after 8 days. We were surprised because the product came with priority processing. I used the online live chat function, and the person I chatted with was friendly, but she couldn’t give me any more information than I could get myself from the website… I got the feeling she didn’t know much about the company.
