Please do not buy from SelectBlinds.com! They promise everything and deliver garbage!
The blinds in the same room do not match, even though they were ordered at the same time!
The bottom caps fall off, they were delivered warped and damaged. They also do not honor their warranty or 100% guarantee.
We have been trying to get this resolved for months and when you ask to speak with a supervisor, they tell you the message will be passed along, but their supervisors will not call you back.
Why pass the message along to your supervisor (which probably doesn't happen) if you know they won't call anyone back?
They also conveniently lose any record of you calling in a complaint or for replacements! Again, so much for the life time guarantee!
The customer service department, passes you around like it is a game of phone tag and you have to re-explain everything to each person you speak with before they give you the typical "It's not my job, hold on while I transfer you." attitude.
Then they insinuate that you must have done something wrong for the blinds to be that way.
I told them to pick them up and see for themselves, but SURPRISE! They would not do that either!
PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL BE SORRY!
I used to think a lot of "Extreme Makeover" but now I see them for what they are. They could care less about the integrity of their sponsors and only about their advertising dollars.
