After doing some on line price comparison shopping, I placed my order with Select Blinds in June 08. I found the website on par with the others I visited. The site listed a 25% off special which saved me a couple of dollars per blind when compared to the other on line sites that I shopped. That is the end of what I thought was good, everything else is bad. Here is some history: 10 days after I placed my order I received an email from Select Blinds stating the blinds are in production and will ship in 3 days. Then after another 10 days I started to place calls and send emails to the customer service department to find out when my blinds will ship, I always get a response similar to "I have requested a status from our production department. You will be notified when the blinds will ship and provided with a tracking number. As of today the blinds have been in production for 3 weeks and I have not received any time frame for delivery. About my order: 2" premium faux wood blinds for 2 windows. Nothing special. Select Blinds does not follow the stated time frames that are listed on its website as normal. From the "Order Status" email I received I found Select Blinds does not follow through with its stated shipping date. The Select Blinds customer service reps. do not do follow ups with an order status as they state when contacted. Customer service has no way to check the status of an order. Not Recommended!!
