I ordered four aluminum mini blinds on January 14th, the site was very easy to use and order, but they don't keep you updated on your order. Never received email stating they shipped. You must check status on their website. They said the blinds shipped January 29th, however they were lost by fedex. Select blinds said they would put the order back into production giving me another 3 weeks to wait, I thought this was rediculous, they could at least rush the order, so I asked to speak to management, they said I couldn't, that they would have someone email me. They never did, so I called back, trying to get them to speed up my order, I asked for the number of the blinds manufacturer, but would not give me that also, said someone would email me, but never did. So I had enough, and filed a complaint with bbb, and finally I received a phone call, and got my blinds 6 days later (total time 5 weeks) Fed ex was fast and received with out damage. My advice if you have problems with this company, go straight to the bbb. I thought the whole experience was more trouble than anything. Beware
