I ordered the BT-1016 3-Pack batteries for Uniden cordless phone handsets. Instead, I was shipped BT1008 batteries, which do not fit into the Uniden phones.

We looked at the products in the store with the help of a good salesman, but we decided on a model that was not carried in the store. I ordered it on the 19th on the internet after an internet chat and a phone conversation. The phone was more helpful due to the immediate answers. It arrived in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday the 22nd. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Very quick and easy. Only wish the tax and discount breakdowns had been visible on the screen where I actually made the purchase. I did not know the total until the following day and it was not broken down for me. This is the one improvement I would suggest. Thanks

Worst customer service EVER. I have talked to 14 different customer service representatives and every single one of them has given a different reasoning and resolution to the issues on my order. They refuse to follow through with their promises and fulfill their own promotions due to their incompetence and horrible item assignment system. My order somehow got screwed up and not even managers can fix it. Before even contacting them I had 5 duplicate charges on my credit card. FIVE. They have no idea what they are doing and in this single order I have gone from loving Sears and buying things from them my entire life to wanting to never ever hear their name again much less buy from them. This is an outrageous situation that has no resolution is sight. Go elsewhere if you can. If you can't, rethink your purchase and buy a different item.

SEARS SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!  Save yourself a lot of aggravation and buy your appliances elsewhere. 

We recently ordered $2,500 LG washer & dryer and REGRET giving Sears our business. Their two hour window for delivery and installation was MEANINGLESS: we wasted an entire Sunday afternoon just waiting for them. They DID NOT arrive on time, and did not call to give us a better estimate of their arrival time.  Once they arrived, they were in a tearing rush to leave and therefore, did a sloppy job of the installation.

We have had to call their customer service several times to rectify the installation issues. Their operators are unhelpful and routinely disconnect you while you are waiting to speak with someone on the phone.  Waiting to speak to a supervisor is an exercise in frustration because they just drop your call while you wait, so you end up calling them again and again. 
We have had NO SHOW two days in a row and have wasted so much time waiting for someone to arrive to fix the installation issue, they just keep rescheduling us! :(  

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL!

I placed an order online, it said you had 4 christmas trees left, however after I placed my order I received an email about 2 hours later indicating you guys had sold out on the trees. I am very dissapointed. Please make sure to update your supplies better in the future, si customers don't go through what I experienced.

This thing is so fouled up it is pathetic. I am in Hawaii, I was in the process of ordering a mattress topper and pick it up at the Hilo Hawaiii store. I do not need this mattress topper back i n Pennsylvania, I AM NOT THERE why did you ship one there??!!!
Your representative did not understand ENGLISH well and got this messed up. I called back and found out that you do not have store pick up available on this item in Hilo Hawaii, although there are two of these in the store now. I have been trying to get this thing ordered and cancelled for 2 hours. What a mess Sears.com is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I offered to pay FedEx 2 day to get my gift prior to Dec 18. I still don't know if I will get it and we must present gifts without this one in hand. I failed to plan ahead further and we didn't come up with the idea till it was too late seemingly since we cannot get the product. Trying to get the product has been frustrating.
