My expericence at Sears online is dissapointing. I feel Sears has really gone downhill since merging with kmart. I purchased a dishwasher and cooktop. I was also going to purchase a dryer. The dishwasher didn't fit right and I spent 2 and 1/2 hours trying to exchange it. I kept getting the run-around. Many of the people didn't speak english or understand enough about their job to do anything but transfer me or hang up. I'm still trying to get my money back so I can make purchases from Home Depot or someone who wants my business. I sent emails also. The only response I ever got on the phone was "Thanks for shopping Sears". My online response was that I would be charged a restocking fee, cancelation fee and uninstallment fee. The item never left the delivery truck or came out of a box. I would have bought 3 major appliances and continued to do business. I tried to exchange. I was very polite. They apparently don't care. The delivery man was great and tried to be helpful. I really regret the time spent and all the money I spent. I'm hoping to get my money returned. I don't think Sears online is the same as the retail store.
