Very bad experience from sears.com.. ordered coleman tent, made sure I picked one "in stock ready for delivery" confirmed my delivery dates for shipping before I placed the order.. 2 days later called to see why items not shipped yet was told it could take 28 days to come direct from manufacturer.  OK give me a credit back please.. no we cant do that.. why not.. we cant you have to refuse the packages from ups.. well ups leaves the items at our door step and quite frankly we will be away camping for 2 weeks without the tent we need because it sitting on our door step... we cant credit you back, you will have to call to get a ups pick up to get the items shipped back to us.. Well they havent shipped yet please cancel my order.  We cant do that either the order has been placed.... Where in the world does this make sense... nowhere anywhere did the sears.com website state that I might have to wait 28 days for my order.. when I questioned them they told me I was right nowhere does it say that.  He even went on to say that it would make his job easier if it did.  Isnt this unfair and deceptive of sears to advertise that items are "in stock" and tell you the ship date will be by a certain day and not back it up.. I have always bought all of my big ticket items at sears.  I am very disappointed in the customer service.. they could have stated it at the end of my order and given me the option to pay more to have it shipped because I would have... or if that was not an option I would'nt have placed an order at all..
