SEAR think that customers are a nuisance and deserve nothing

I have purchased a Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerator on March 30. The promised delivery was April 10, it was a long time to be without a refrigerator, but my confidence in Sear was high, and did not felt necessary to go to other local merchants.
The morning of the 8 the delivery department call to postpone the delivery to the 18!!!, I was very upset and went to the store to cancel the order,doubting the the delivery was going to be the 18, One of the employer convinced me to wait a while, so I did, but then I decided to ask for a confirmation of the new delivery date, and went back to the store the 10, and ask them to find out from the delivery department that the delivery was going to be the 18 as promised. Apparently Sears store do no have a telephone connection between the different department, or they do not feel a customer is entitled to this kind of attention, so they sent an email. I ask them to call me with the confirmation, but they never call, so the 14 of April I went again at the store, and after waiting 20 minutes finally I was told the the answer to the email arrived the 11 , confirming the 18 as the delivery date.
BUT...yesterday morning 15 of April the delivery department called again with a new delivery date April 24!!!! I cancelled the order and now after 16 days of useless waiting I have to start again hoping the next merchant will be more reliable and treat better his customer
