I ordered a tool box (free shipping when you order online). The item was charged to my credit card immediately. The next e-mail I received was the item was shipped on 3/5. I thought great I should have it in a few days because it is coming via UPS (Wrong!). I called after a week or so and spoke to someone that will email the warehouse to see where my package is. I waited two more days, called back to check on the status, because they will not send you an email or leave you a message as to what they found out. The same story on the second call. Third call was again the same story. They do have a record of my other two calls so now I get to talk to a supervisor. She is going to trace this package to see where it is (but remember it never left the warehouse). I said forget it I want to cancel the order. Well to them that is a request which will take 7 to 10 days. At that time she informed me that they charge you card immediately not when they ship like most other places. I can see why, it may take up to a month just to get the item out of their hands. Also she claimed there was no-one else I could talk to. If you need something from Sears - Buy at their store. They haven't figured out the online ordering world yet.
