BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM SEARS!!! I wanted to buy a microwave oven for my parents. My mother picked one out on Sears.com and since they have a shop online and pick up in the store option I figured I would purchase the microwave online on "cyber Monday" and pick it up on Tuesday. Easy right? Oh what a mistake!!

Thursday arrived and still my order was not processed. I tried to cancel it through Sears.com since the store still didn't have my order on their computer and the response was I can only put in a request for cancellation and that only the store where I the order will be picked up can cancel it. Huh? Anyway, I ended up purchasing the microwave at the store and even the sales associate called Sears.com to cancel the order and was told they could only put in a request for cancellation. Thursday night I get an email saying my order is ready for pick up. I called the store and told them I do not want the microwave and was told they need a supervisor's approval to cancel it. Still waiting. I spent more time on the phone trying to cancel the order than it took me pick out and haggle for a new car.

DON'T SHOP AT SEARS OR SEARS.COM. ESPECIALLY SINCE KMART BOUGHT SEARS THEY'VE GOTTEN A LOT WORSE!!!
