The dive boots that I ordered were not true to size. I ordered a boot 1 size larger than I wear and they were still small. The Coffee cup had a blemish on the inside that i would imagine was a manufacturer second and purchased at a reduced rate and sold at a premium price. i was told that if I returned the coffee cup (at my expense) it would be replaced. The silicone grease was as advertised.

Ordered a wetsuit over phone, thought could have done it all online, as different manufacturers sizes aren't alsways the same. Was asked a couple of questions about my size and usage, and was informed of good choices in my price range. Received it quickly and it fit perfectly. Alot of other websites advertised to have the product in stock, but when I called it was out of stock. Scuba.com said they had the product and they did. It shipped the same day I ordered it. The store is very easy to navigate and find the items I was looking for.  My order arrived rather quickly and I didn't have any problems with my order.  I've ordered from Scuba.com a couple of times now and have always been impressed with their products and their selection.  I recommend shopping with them whenever a friend needs something diving related.

Was excited about buying in scuba.com becuase their good web page unfortunately they shipped the wrong product to me and it has been a difficult process to get the right product. What is really sad is that once you receive the order if it is incomplete or does not corresponds to what you order then it becomes your problem, not scuba.com.
You will have to pay the packaging and shipping to return the product and then they will refund it, this is a clear example of a company that thinks first of them and then the customers so be aware if you decide to buy from them.
As a last suggestion write down all the names of the people you talk to, and ask them to send you e-mails because they tend to either "forget" or is not on "record".
Very bad experience with them with lots of energy and time for something that was totally their fault.

Hi! You should put a better explanation of free delivery time. Because I had about a week and a half before I left for my trip, I had to use express delivery, which cost me an extra $11. It was just too close to take the risk of the 10-14 day delivery your shipping instructions said. Last time I ordered something from y'all with regular delivery, it got here in 3-4 days. A lot of people have charts of the US that show more accurately the expected shipping time, based on their location. You should use one of those.

I ordered a wetsuit, only to find it was to small. I ordered a larger size it fit fine. I was a little let down that I had to pay the shipping back. It should have been noted in the sizing chart that this suit runs smaller than the others. The extra costs to ship were not worth it. Think about it I paid shipping 3 times.

I understand things happen and sometimes there are delays. Some of the products ordered were not in stock, but they do not list if an item is in stock or not on the web site. I found this out only AFTER I placed my order and they had charged me for it. Two items were on back-order. Of the two, I have received one (finally), but the did not provide the shipping I had paid for. I have contacted customer service about these issues and even had an argument with them about what is important to a customer!!! Last time I checked the customer was me, so there should be no argument here AT ALL! They said it wasn't important to let customers know if an item was in stock or not at the time of purchase, and if a customer wanted to know that information they should call. Bottom line: If you can find the item(s) you're looking for elsewhere, please do so and save yourself the time and trouble. I have found another site that has about the same selection and they do list whether or not the item is in stock. I would provide the name, but not sure if it's allowed... don't want to appear to be advertising for anyone (though that is basically what this is about). If you're resourceful the site can be found from the following google search "dive supplies", and look through the sponsored links on the right for L******P**.com

Turns out that when I went to use this product, it was defective and practically ruined any chance of bringing back diving pics from a once in a lifetime trip to Tahiti. I will be getting my money back

My fins and spring straps had to be returned because they did not fit. The refund was very prompted, but the shipping and return cost were not refunded. So I payed $20.00 for products that I don't have. At that price I could have shopped localy and got the product for the same price. No savings shopping on liner.

I have ordered several items from Scuba.com. Two rash guard T shirts,neither of which were the right size (even though ordered using sizing chart). Those were returned for refund. The camera housing was ordered, but continued to receive delivery delay notices. Final notice was for delivery after I leave for Hawaii. Cancelled the order and ordered from Adorama and item was shipped the next day. Not sure I will order anything else from Scuba.com.

SCUBA.com has the best website of all the dive equipment sites availible. I am looking for a surface float and O2 aanalyser, that I wish they carried. There prices are far better than the competion. DO NOT USE SCUBA.COM FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS IS NOT ACCURATELY INDICATED ON WEBSITE. I ordered two masks overnight from Scuba.com, paying for overnight delivery so that I would have them in time for my trip. Both masks were listed as available on their website; however, via email, Scuba.com notified me that they had shipped only one of the masks and that the second mask was not in stock and would be delivered weeks later via standard shipping. I tried canceling the order entirely but the first mask had already been sent. I then asked if they could replace the second mask with a mask that was in stock and ship it separately overnight at no additional cost (like other retailers, such as Amazon.com, do). Scuba.com refused. Their customer service agents were not helpful. They also refused to pay the overnight shipping costs on the first mask if I returned it. I therefore had to pay two overnight shipping costs to get both masks in time for my trip. I have had much more favorable experiences with LeisurePro.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an online merchant. They charged my credit card and then notified me that the item I ordered wasn't actually in stock and that I had to pick a similarly priced item. After I chose one, they wouldn't get it to me for 2 1/2 weeks, which was well after the date I had entered to say that I needed it by. Customer service hung up on me when I called them, and they still charged my card after the order was canceled.

This is my second order with scuba.com and they have the very wide selection with most of the items in stock and also have very good prices. The last order was delivered on time without any problems and I think they are the best online scuba retailer. They have free shipping on lot of items. They also allow online order tracking and accept Google checkout which I used to get an extra $10 discount from Google.
