Terrible customer service. I went online to purchase a simple item and from there, will never shop at scuba.com again. Buyers Beware!!! First, I needed gloves, knife, and safety sausage for an upcoming trip in a little over a week away. I found some gloves from scuba.com, and decided to purchase them, along with the knife and safety marker. I was talked into paying a 18.95 for 3 day shipping!!! because they could not get it here in less than 10 days. So i paid for the 3 day shipping, only to be informed after my order was shipped, that the gloves were not in stock!! Well that was the whole point in combining my order!! when I called to cancel the order, was told that I would have to pay return shipping. Not to mention that the person on the phone was so rude and condesending.. absolutely no help!! Then i receive that knife only to find out that they advertise a 5" blade..and i get a 4.5" blade. Another lie!! So I call again and spoke to another person who was just as hateful and rude as the last person. When I asked to speak to their supervisor.. was told they didnt have one. I then asked if they just showed up for work and found a paycheck on the table like magic..
Buyers beware... these guys are terrible and of no help if you have problems with your order. Yes they have a return policy.. but surprise surprise.... YOU pay for RETURN SHIPPING!!
