Mine was a positive experience. I purchased a Zeagle Razor regulator with a 13 cu ft pony bottle and a pressure gauge.

When I placed the order I thought I had selected ground shipping, but apparently the automatic shipping calculator compared my order date, which was on a Sunday, with the preselected desired arrival date and decided that because the order wouldn't be filled 'till Monday I must want 3-day shipping. I called the 800 number Monday morning and the rep. was professional; explained the SNAFU and then fixed it for me.

The order was filled and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. The order was well packed and arrived undamaged. When I received the order they had set the bottle up with the regulator and gauge...so all I have to do is fill the bottle! I thought that was nice.

The Zeagle Razor was not an especially easy item to find in stock. LeisurePro has had it on backorder for several weeks, maybe longer. SCUBA.com's prices were on par with LeisurePro, which I believe has some of the best on-line SCUBA prices out there.

For future purchases, I will definitely bring Scuba.com into the rotation for on-line shopping.
