Scooter Depot Rocks! I got great advice, a super scooter, delivered exactly when they said it would be, absolutely no problems-even how to vids on trunk mounting. I could not be happier! Great selection on scoots that don't cost a kidney. I got a white Xingyue (Zingway) Ita 150 delivered in 6 days for $1350. The crate was nearly indestructable and there was only one tiny tiny itsy bitsy blemish on the rear about the size of an apple seed. I wish I needed another scooter, I'd do it again! Save yourself some cash, call scooter depot.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM SCOOTERDEPOT! They took my order over the phone and offered me a $100 discount if I paid by check. I completed my order over the phone with Amanda and mailed the check that day. The next day she called and said they did not have the color I requested. I did not want any other color so she said she would mail me back my check when it arrived. Instead they received by check two days later and immediately cashed it AFTER I was told it would be returned. They now want $75 to return MY $1600. I have no scooter and no $. I am suing them in small claims court and reporting them to every agency I can find. Consumers need to stick up for themselves and get rid of companies like this.

I have tested a few places and would suggest http://www.countyimports.com for your purchase. Any place online can be hit and miss but I like that they have a store front and know they actually have a business location to call and talk with someone.
I thought scooterdepot was decent with what I bought so who knows maybe it really is hit and miss and depends on the luck of the draw with discounted scooters and mopeds. No problem with countyimports.com though so try them out. |

STOP!!!!! READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE READING THE OTHERS!!!!I placed an order with "Scooter Depot" on 3/23/09, I received my scooter on 3/30/09 (keep in mind, I live in St. Pete, FL). Everything from the customer service to the delivery was flawless.

I purchased a dirt bike for my son about a month ago from Scooter Depot / Sunny Sports Inc. The overall purchasing experience was great. A salesperson called me 10 mins right after I made the purchase online to confirm the order for preventing fraud, which I think it was necessary and was greatly appreciated. They didn't have the color my son picked at first, but we did receive a free helmet as promised when we agree to change the color. I'd like to say thank you Scooter Depot for providing such an outstanding customer service and the most important is that my son loves the bike!!!

As advertised, it was fully assembled with the exception of the rear view mirrors, windshield, trunk and battery. The rearview mirrors are a little tricky to assemble, especially when you account for the lack of instructions! Once that was assembled (~15-20 mins) the rest was a piece of cake... I rode it and it was a nice, smooth ride. And to my surprise, the bike was much larger than I expected (a pleasant surprise!) I am extremely happy with the purchase. I have recommended the bike and company to some of my friends... |

I too have had a bad experience with scooter depot.
I ordered a 250 scooter. They said it would be in on the 10Th of June and then to me in 8 days. Well on the 19Th of June I called and they said they were to coming in on the 24Th and always were. Two days later they called me with there stuck on the dock in customs and we don't know when they'll be released but we have a good deal the 260 for the price of the 250. This is the price of the 260 (some good deal.) In the end they sent me my money back. I did get that, if the check clears the bank. I wanted the Touring model not the Sport model. So 2 months later I still have no scooter I am starting from scratch looking again. Disgusted in Wisconsin |

The ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced with ANY purchase EVER made. The employees of this third-hand company are all IGNORANT. So ignorant, that in fact, a sales person (1 of 6, an Asian lady) told me that I "sounded" like a size Medium for a helmet. The employees flat out LIED ... avoided ... disregarded ... unbelievable. My only hope now is to get American Express to dispute the charges. Scooter Depot US is completely wasteful.

they sent the bike as described but have never sent the necessary certificates so that the bike can be registered. After repeated attempts to communicate with them I still have a $1400.00 piece of equipment I can NOT ride legally on the street. Be VERY Careful they promise lots and deliver nothing as to customer service after the sale!!!
