Ordering the scooter was the only part of the process that was easy. After that it has been pure hell. I was listed as being in the 4 day shipping zone. It took 14 days and instead of being 99% assembled "This Item comes 99% assembled (battery set up, mirrors and minor adjustments may be required)" almost nothing was assembled. Wheels, hoses in the engine, steering column, you name it, it had to be put together. The "crate" it came in was a joke. It was a metal frame in a cardboard box. Multiple paint scratches, dents, and the fender is missing a piece. When pressed on this they blame the shipping company, and in return the shipping company blames them. The MSO was not with the scooter. I emailed the address listed at their site several times and never recieved an answer. Finally I called them up and asked about the MSO. A woman told me that it should have been with the scooter. I told her it wasn't gave her the VIN and my info and she said it would be sent out on tuesday the 24th of June. It is now July 1 and it still isn't here. I call back and I get a chinese woman whose english is terrible and she doesn't understand my questions and eventually hangs up on me. I am now going to the DOT to see if I can file a lost title claim on the scooter. I went with this site because I saved 200 dollars over the local place selling the same scooters....NOT WORTH IT! DO NOT BUY FROM SCOOTER DEPOT!!!!!!!
