The only BIG complaint I had was the shipper wanted to leave this HUGE PACKAGE out in front of the building. He only moved it into the building after MUCH persuading and then I had to call in outside help to have it loaded on the elevator to get it up to the second floor. I was very disappointed in the fact that he didn't deliver the podium to the address that was listed on the invoice.

I ordered 6 assembled lockers. Every one of them had some kind of damage. Several were major. Still waiting for the replacement ones to come in. I may order from School Outfitters again. Don't know until the new order comes in and there are no problems.

School Outfitters seems to have about the best prices I can find on good white boards. They usually deliver fairly quickly and are easy to work with if/when there are issues with products damaged during shipping. Because the White boards are shipped by 3rd party freight carriers, the drivers aren't always the most pleasant or patient and there are extra charges related to delivery options. But if you have people available to unload the truck and bring items inside that's not a problem and keeps the costs down. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I would shop with this merchant again but only to give a second chance. The product was damaged and I was offered a credit on the purchase. Although the credit has yet to be applied to my credit card and I have to keep contacting customer service to track the status of the credit. The packing for the product was poor and it is easy to see how it could be damaged easily in transit.

I bought a product which came to me damaged and the company refused to refund or send me another table!! They said they would give me a discount but I would have to buy a new one if I wanted a table that was not damaged.  Do not buy from this company, they are not to be trusted and do not gurantee their products.   The worst experience I have ever had!!!

The unit was delivered slightly damaged (not the fault of School Outfitters. However it did not cause a problem for assembly and usage. The unit was delivered missing two screws for assembly. This required me to drill holes in order to fit screws which I had on hand. School Outfitters did apoogize for any inconvenience and issued a significant credit to me toward the cost of the table. I appreciated their sincere concern and would definetely recommend them to anyone.

The order process was easy. The only thing I was unhappy with was that the large, thick cutting board I ordered was rolled up to fit in a box. It is very hard to straighten out and I've had it on my floor for 4 days trying to get it to lay flat. It would be better to put those in flat boxes.
