I received the item very quickly and the price was excellent. However, the sprayer does not work properly and although it does spray some of the cologne like it is suppose to, most of it just drips down the bottom. I intend to buy a perfume bottle and remove the cologne from the spray bottle. Unfortunately, I must have received a bottle with a bad sprayer.

It would be great if samples of other products were included in shipments over a certain cost. I usually spend approximately $200.00 each time that i order so it would be helpful and possibly allow me to choose another fragrance that i normally would not have. It would also be nice to get a discount coupon via email from time to time as an incentive.

I was emailed that my perfume was available, so I ordered it. The perfume never came. I called Scentiments and the person on the other end of the phone was rude and acted like she could care less. She also told me that my order had been cancelled cause it was out of stock! Scentiments was good at one time but now is always out of stock on most perfumes and has gone downhill. Unless Scentiments stocks up with good inexpensive perfumes again, I will be shopping elsewhere for my products.
