Good service; I've used them in the past. Only issue was that on the advertised page it had the item priced $2.00 cheaper then when I added it to my cart. I did email them about this but received no response. My purchase was shipped on time for Christmas delivery so I was pleased but they do need to correct the site.

Great experience. I know I read mixed reviews, and hesitated a little to order, but I am so glad I ordered. My first order was cool water and hot water, they arrived very quickly I think they were here in 3 days, and at great prices. The products were exactly what I ordered. I had such a great experience I ordered more perfumes that were also at a good price and were also received very quickly. I will definitely order from scented monkey again.

I have had a terrible experience with Scented Monkey.com.  I ordered twelve bottles of the same product.  When my box arrived, there were only nine bottles, although my receipt said twelve (and my credit card was charged for all twelve).  I wrote to the customerservice email address from the website, but it has been twenty-four hours (weekday), and I've had no response.  I spent 20 minutes this afternoon on the "live help chat line" but was never connected to a live person.  Instead, I kept getting an automated message that all operators were helping other customers.  So from my perspective Scented monkey has problems with order accuracy, and some very serious limitations when it comes to customer service.

This was the first time that my order had been messed up. The cologne had wasted out of the bottle and messed up the packaging. I did not have time to return the bottle per customer service, so I kept it. I have always enjoyed shopping with Scented Monkey.

After I advised them that they shipped me the wrong product, and I asked for a refund instead of the originally ordered product, they promptly gave me a prepaid return mailer and a full refund.

It was fairly easy to place the order but the site pages take much too long to load. And when my order arrived, I did not receive 2 of the samples requested and found out on my own that I was given a refund. However no email communication came from them letting me know that the 2 perfume samples are not available at this time. On the order slip there is only an indication that 2 of the samples are not checked off meaning that they did not arrive in my order. There needs to be more communication between the store and the customer letting the customer know of any changes. Otherwise I do like ordering from the site and am pleased with the rest of my order.

i have never written any kind of review before, but i felt compelled to on this occassion.
after a month and 2 days of placing my order, i called customer service to check on the status. i was asked for my order number, put on hold, and the same customer service rep came back on asking me what i'm calling for. this happened 3 times, same rep asking me what i'm calling for, after taking my order number.
anyways, on the fourth attempt, i got the info on my order. i was told, "your order hasn't shipped. do you still want it?". he couldn't tell me why it hasn't been shipped after over a month, nor have i received any notice that any of the items in the order has been on back-order. i suspected they charged me for the items when i place the order (over a month ago), and they either had simply forgotten about my order, or they were hoping i'd just forget about my order.
never have i dealt with such a disorganized and incompetent company.

Website was easy to navigate. The item was explained adequately with just the right amount of details. Checkout was fast and easy for the non-technically inclined and the shipping came at just the right time. I can't complain. I used to shop at Bigdiscountfragrances.com and namebrandsperfume.com, both of which had my favorite cologne for dirt cheap prices for a while but then they raised the prices recently. I found this site doing a general search for cologne through Google. The items were packed in with lots of styrofoam square pieces so even though the box was beat up a little, the contents inside were safe and sound. I can't speak for their other colognes but I would imagine that they are cheaper compared to other shopping websites as well. I recommend shopping at Scented Monkey.

The cologne decant sample selection and pricing are competitive, but the full size bottle prices are a little higher than others online sellers. If I am looking for decant sample vials, I would buy from ScentedMoney.com again only for the sample vials, because of the selection and the $2.99 price tag. For full bottles, I would shop elsewhere.
