My shopping experience with ScentedMonkey.Com was horrific.
I placed an order on March 26 2008. 13 days passed and during this time I placed 3 phone calls and sent 4 emails. I was able to speak to one person who would not give me her name and said she would credit my credit card. NO CREDIT WAS GIVEN. None of my emails were replied to except for the 4th email in which it states a credit will be issued.

This business is horrendous and I would definately NOT RECOMMEND SCENTEDMONKEY.COM

Customer Service should be the number one priority in ANY business. Without great customer service, you have nothing.

I am totally disgusted with this company and I'm still fighting for my credit.

It took 12 days from the time I ordered the item before they even shipped it, and 18 days before it was received. During that time they did not send a notice saying there would be a delay. I sent a message to customer service and they NEVER responded. POOR SERVICE! Will never order from them again.
