HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH SCENTED MONKEY!!! Their customer service agent(ha...what a joke) Joshua was sooooo RUDE!!! My package never arrived and I wanted them to research the tracking and send me out new product. This was a Christmas gift ordered on Dec. 8th and I needed it it time for Christmas.They basically accused me of lying and would not do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was advised she wasn't there and to leave a voice mail and she would call back and she never did. I ended up calling my bank as well as PayPal and disputed the charge. I would advise STRONGLY not to deal with this company!!!

On this occasion we found the customer service to be totally rude and inefficient they failed to respond to emails, we had to make three telephone calls and eventually the order was cancelled due to no delivery and no response on the website to order tracking. When we shopped previously both through EBay and retail the experience was significantly better

Their WERBSITE SUCKS! They give consumer the option to use Outside US cards and then few days later they email you saying only domestic cards. So why in hell do they carry that option online ??? WTF is wrong with those people?

I order directly from the website almost every time there's a free shipping order and the order comes RAPIDLY via UPS. I also often order from their ebay store that has free shipping on everything but the order ships via US Postal Service and takes a little longer but I don't care because the prices are always better than from anywhere else. The Monkey is always reliable and has NEVER let me down. I just wish they had an even larger selection!

Purchased retro Jordan shoes from these crooks and they sold me fake shoes. The shoes are a size 12 but fit like an 11.5 and an 11. That's right neither is a 12 and one is smaller than the other. Please beware these people are liars and con artists.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery of my order. For some unknown reason, the shipper returned the merchandise to Scented Monkey indicating that it was "refused by customer" which it was not. It took multiple phone calls for the issue to be resolved before I finally received my order. This seemed to be a shipper issue more than a vendor issue however as the customer it was was the vendors responsibility to resolve the issue and I felt like I was unnecessarily put in the middle.

I received a Tester that would not spray. I wrote to them and explained and they wanted me to spend my money finding a box, packing up that bad tester that would do them NO GOOD and return it to them. I threw it in the trash can and now I buy from another Company. I buy a lot of Cologne and it is their loss. I do not buy from them now and spam their e-mails.
