overall excellent, very quick delivery(over my expectation), but the customer services is not really well. i had a problem as using my credit card so i chose to use bank deposit. when i rang one of the customer services representative for talking about my problem, she just ask me wrote email and was reluctant to listen to me for a very simple question. thanks
