THE PROS & CONS OF SASA


PROS OF SASA:

1. Good Layout of the website (Not so Boring and website is appealing)

2. When placing an order is not complicated and there are steps to ensure that you are on the right path.

3. When you purchase US$75.00 & above, there will a free delivery (standard registered shipping) and there will also be free sample given to you. Most important is that you can choose your samples.

4. Cheaper than retailers stores in local and other online e-stores.

5. Ease of purchasing as they have the secure codes systems.

6. They have many promotions to attact us, customers, such as having weekly sale, redeem points and being VIP (more benefits = more discounts), etc.

7. They have this analysis to analyse what skin type are we, etc. Very useful!

8. They frequently have this on sale programme and products are always changing.

9. In my opinion, their days of shipping of the products are quite faster than i expected.

10. Many varieties of products that include japan, france, thai and etc.

11. Delivery = Good as good packaging such that they used bubble wrap and Styrofoam bits. Everything is in good condition.



CONS OF SASA:

1. I find out that they scratch away the date of manufacture from the products.

2. I heard from my friends whose friends which previously work at Sasa retailer shop, she say that the products are so cheap is because the products are about to expire and are rejected products.

3. Very slow loading of webpages when viewing all products.

4. When comparing with Strawberrynet and sephora, i find that Christina Dior products are much more cheaper than in sasa.

5. Sasa say that if you find much more cheaper products in other e-shop, you can go to price pledge & inform them and they will reply you asap. But i have not receive any notificaton e-mail or see any differents in their prices.

6. Products are alway out of stocks.

7. Products are not in whole range.

8. Very poor service!!! As No one will reply to your e-mail!!!

Hmm... that is what my opinion.But can still try out in Sasa.I am now waiting for my 2nd orderings from Sasa. What about you?
