Well to start off, i made an order for a home recording studio, about 1700.00. OK, i paid with my credit card, and that day i got an email saying that they cant verify my billing address with my card. So i called them right away and they said that if i have another card then it will make it easier, because " due to being an online store we have a tough verification process to reduce fraudulent orders", well so far i have tried two credit cards, and now a western union payment and after three days they still have not gotten my payment. a good thing about this process for me, I Know that i will never have to worry about someone stealing my card and trying to use it on the website!!!!! the customer service people have been pretty helpful through the whole thing but im still frustrated with haveing 1700.00 floating around somewhere. hopefully soon i will get it processed.

Out of all the stores I order from, this store has to be the best. Their customer service is very helpful and honest. They helped a lot and didn't hassle me like others' customer service. When I bought my guitar, i ordered here because they had the lowest shipped price compared to all the stores I looked at. Also, their guarantee their price to be the lowest for 60 days! and If you end up not liking your order return it-hassle free. They take return up to 60 days from the day your order was delivered. When I received my guitar, it had a slight chip/dent on the body. Well I emailed them and they shipped me a replacement without shipping the other one first. They didn't even ask questions or picture of the damage. The replacement guitar arrived within 2 days!! This impressed me. They didn't leave me guitarless. Ever since I ordered my guitar here, I have been here since then.
