We had questions prior to ordering about shipping and were happy with the answers. After ordering and trying to rush the shipping we HAD to cancel and stop the shipping process which is the only reason why we did not receive the gate. Your survey made me slect an answer in #2 & 3. Not much to say. Got prompt emails back from owners and got order proscesses and shiped quicker than thought. Items were here within a week. And when had to return an item email communication was easy and quick and return was speedy and reorder was shiped out immedetly. Good people to deal with. If they have what you are looking for I would recomend useing their services.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I had the pleasure of ordering a Bissel PowerGlide Platinum vacuum from these people through Shopping.com. Not only is the vacuum the best I've ever owned, it cost less than $100 and I had it in under week. Their store site is easy to maneuver and buying process is made very clear. I needed to contain my Newfie after surgery - When I went online they said it was available, I ordered. I hadn't received it in the timeframe that was quoted. When I went into the tracking system, it stated it was back ordered. I ordered a dog gate at elitePetStore.com. They shipped it right away and provided the tracking also. I got free shipping and a free dog tag, which arrived on the same day as the gate, on the 3rd day (I live in WA). The gate is exactly what I expected.
